In 1990, the Swiss company Vitra commissioned ten designers, Ron Arad and Alessandro Mendini among others, to design their own interpretations of Verner Pantone's chair. Each designer was given one of the chairs to work with. Lindfors chose to mobilize his Pantone: He welded and chrome-plated a steel-rod undercarriage and attached wheels.
