LINDFORS 98

“Lindfors 98” is a salad bowl and serving tool set designed for the Finnish company Designor's Tools™ collection. The bowl is cold-pressed in stainless steel and polished, and the tools are cold-pressed stainless with hollow handles, also polished. The bowl's diameter is 36 cm. Lindfors designed the bowl so it could be formed with a single action by manufacturer's cold-press; the “legs” collect the salad dressing, rahter than having it over-soak the greens.
“Lindfors 98” was Lindfors’ first design for “Designor’s Tools™. Other designers include Antonio Citterio, Ross Lovegrove, and Renzo Piano. “Lindfors 98” was introduced at the Ambiente fair in Frannkfurt, Germany, in February 1998.
