The Kemper chair was the cover object of the International Design Yearbook 1996, edited by Architect Alessandro Mendini, and selected to the invitational design exhibition "Mutant Materials in Contemporary Design" by MoMA, New York, in 1995. The exhibition was curated by Ms. Paola Antonelli, including some 160 objects by 100 designers around the world. Lindfors was the only designer from Finland, participating with his "Oil" prototype bottles commissioned by NESTE, Finland, as well as with the “Kemper” chair....
