METAXIS

Lindfors' participation at the invitational designers' exhibition "Metaxis" ("Young Hands") was Lindfors' first critically acclaimed project in the borderline of sculpture and furniture design. The Sculptures / Thrones: Reagan (Offensive – the Scorpion), Gorbatchov (Dangerous or beautiful? – the Sea Anemone), Zao Ziyang (The third world – HIV). Main material: Cane treated in various experimental ways. Welded steel, steel mesh, rubber. All sculptures were functional seats.
